Daddy's Little Helper

Unlike many Iowans, we can actually shovel our snow... haha... this was of course just a few hours into the storm, but really our driveway didn't get too bad. Last year Kinzie always wanted to help dad shovel. I happened to be at Home Depot yesterday looking for a new ice scraper for my car when I found a kid's shovel. I just couldn't resist and McKinzie absolutely LOVED it! She loved helping her daddy shovel and as you can tell, she was quite good at it and actually did help. :)

Kinzie has moved up to the ladybug room at school... aka one of the preschool rooms!! She gave me a little photoshoot this morning before we left in her new sweater! Enjoy!

Apple Orchard w/ Grammy and Papa Passick

Here are some pictures of our weekend at the apple orchard with Grammy and Papa Passick. They came up a few weeks ago so that Jason and I could go to the Rascall Flatts with our friends Tim and Angie. It was the first time we'd ever gotten to go out with them, without children! It was wonderful!!! While they were here we checked out the apple orchard, always a fall favorite in this household!

Gooooo Hawkeyes!

Our little Hawkeyes!!! Aunt Jodi came to visit this weekend with Bryson. We put him in Kinzie's old Hawkeye jersey and we put Kinzie's cheerleading outfit on to cheer our hawks on to a 5-0 victory! The kids looked soo cute and had so much fun that they both slept in their Hawkeye apparel! More pics to come tomorrow!

What a cheese!

Well we finally made it to our first twins game of the year last week. Kinzie did pretty well. She last about 2 hours 15 minutes before she was done. It was an exciting game, we won in the bottom of the 9th, too bad we didn't make it that long!! :)
